The Huntsman Carvery

The Huntsman Carvery is situated in the centre of the historic village of Dunchurch, near Rugby and is renowned for its Traditional English Carvery.

We are extremely happy to announce

that we have reopened our restaurant!

 

We are back up to normal service, and are taking normal restaurant bookings, please follow the latest guidelines whilst dining with us.

We charge a £5 per seat deposit, which is non-refundable, and will be taken off the bill when you settle it; complete pre-payment is also appreciated, you just pay for any extras and drinks on the day.

Takeaway

Pre-order slots are available, but may sell out during peak times.

We can accept payment over the phone by card, or cash/card upon collection. If you order by email or our online order form we can email you a link in which you can pay online using our secure payment system.

When you arrive for takeaway we will take your name and order, and will call out your name when your order is ready to go, you can then collect it and leave. We have a 5 customer waiting policy, which allows plenty of room, but please respect other customers and our staff’s personal space.

The Huntsman has been personally run and owned for over 35 years by proprietor Adrian Waller. The atmosphere is informal and friendly.

Nicky Jones is our head chef and alongside Matt & Kierran, ensure our food remains at the same quality as ever, and they will take care to carve you a choice of fresh roasts.  English rib of beef is our speciality, we also have honey glazed legs of pork and whole fresh turkey crowns with other roasts available.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Huntsman Carvery, which is fully air conditioned.

We also have full disabled access on our Southam Road entrance, if required, please just ask when making the reservation.

The first thing that struck us about the Huntsman, apart from the saliva-stimulating scent of roasted beef fat, was a blast of nostalgic warmth.
