We sometimes like a change from putting out great quality slow cooked meat and roast dinners, and create the menu that we fancy at that particular moment.
Its about us trying new things, using new ideas, and experimenting- but the end result is that you get to come and try some new stuff that’s not necessarily on the radar locally.
