Let us know the time and date you wish to collect (see our collection times below) and then simply arrive no more than 5 minutes before to pick up inside the front door. We will bring everything out to you in easy to carry boxes.

We can happily provide whole joints of meat- aged, marinaded, seasoned and cooked low and slow exactly as we do for our carvery, ready for you to take home and serve to your lucky VIP guests!

This table shows servings if used as a main course, with a Huntsman-sized portion per person! Of course things will go further if you are planning on using the meat in rolls or with other combinations of food.
